Saudi Aramco has signed a contract to supply crude oil to North Huajin Chemical Industries Group (Huajin; Panjin, China), a state-controlled refining and petrochemical company, in 2017, according to a Reuters report. The supply deal will enable Huajin to produce more naphtha for its petrochemical production, the report adds. This would be the first-ever contract between the two companies, the report says.
